The initial TCM/acupuncture assessment and treatment typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. You can expect a combination of the following modalities where deemed clinically appropriate: TCM diagnosis/Jing-luo assessment, acupuncture treatment, Chinese herbal prescription,  manual therapy(shiatsu, tuina), cupping, scraping, dietary recommendations, remedial exercises.
